Overview

Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1386, by Liliana Trênhêm Trîbmênm Glêm Gadsmê. The establishment of Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî's construction back out of the project. Liliana Trênhêm Trîbmênm Glêm Gadsmê pushed on reguardles, and Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of crampt cobblestone streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî's top tier civilian fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

A look around Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî gives the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Mêngît-îrêyê Sêpíêto Bî brings to mind.
